Mississippi Cash 4
Cash 4 is a four-digit game that offers MS Lottery players the chance to win prizes of up to $5,000 twice every day. The Midday draw is held at 2:30 PM CT, and the Evening draw takes place at 9:30 pm CT, with the winning numbers available on the links below soon afterwards. Cash 4 gives players 13 play types to choose from, guaranteeing multiple ways to win, and ticket prices start at just $0.50. Cash 4 tickets are on sale from MS Lottery retailers throughout the state.
How to Play
Pick your favorite four numbers from 0000 through 9999 (such as 1234) - or ask for a Quick Pick and let the lottery computer do the work of randomly choosing your digits. Next, select your draw time: Midday, Evening, or Both.
For a convenient way to play the same numbers for up to seven consecutive draws, mark the Multi-Draw option on the play slip. The front of your ticket will print with the draw dates you've chosen.
Cash 4 offers 13 play styles that determine how your numbers can make a winning match with the numbers drawn by the lottery. Different play types feature a range of wagers, prizes, and odds of winning. See the Prizes and Odds section for a full breakdown of the play types.
- Exact Order: Match all four winning numbers in the exact order they are drawn. $0.50 or $1 bet. One way to win.
- Any Order: Match all four winning numbers in any order. $0.50 or $1 bet. Play 4-Way, 6-Way, 12-Way, or 24-Way depending on how many ways your numbers can make a winning match.
- Exact/Any Order: Match all four winning numbers in any order, or match in exact order to win even more. $1 bet. Play 4-Way, 6-Way, 12-Way, or 24-Way depending on how many ways your numbers can make a winning match.
- Combo: Equivalent to multiple exact order bets covering every potential way your numbers can be played - therefore the cost is higher. $4-$24 bet; play 4-Way, 6-Way, 12-Way, or 24-Way depending on how many ways your numbers can make a winning match.
Cash 4 Prizes and Odds
Check the following table to see all the payouts available and the chances of collecting a prize. All prizes are fixed cash amounts, so any wins are not affected by how many other players or winners there are.
The Example Plays and Example Wins columns show the type of numbers you can choose for each play type, and how they could win based on the numbers drawn. For example, a 24-Way Combo play is equivalent to 24 Exact Order bets in one ticket, for a cost of $24; the four digits played must all be unique (like 1234), giving 24 ways to win.

Fireball Prizes and Odds
The table below has a breakdown of all the prizes available if you add the Fireball option to your Cash 4 base game, along with the chances of winning. The Lottery draws a Fireball number at the same time as the Cash 4 Midday and Evening draws, and you can use it to replace any of the Cash 4 numbers drawn, giving you more possibilities to make a winning combination. Fireball doubles the cost of your play, as shown below - for example, a $0.50 base play becomes $1 when Fireball is added. The Fireball Examples columns simply demonstrate how Fireball can potentially help to create a winning selection.
