Mississippi Cash Pop
Cash Pop is the Mississippi Lottery game where only one winning number is selected in each draw. You can decide how many numbers to select, so you can even play them all to guarantee yourself a win. Drawings take place twice a day, at 2:30 PM and 9:30 PM CST, and you can see the latest results as soon as they are available.
How to Play
You can play Cash Pop at Mississippi Lottery retailers by following the steps below:
- Pick at least one number from 1 to 15
- You can choose as many numbers as you want, from a minimum of 1 up to the maximum of 15
- Select your wager amount - $1, $2, $5 or $10 per Pop
- Choose your draw time - you can play the Day draw, the Evening draw, or both
- You can enter your numbers in up to seven consecutive draws
- The cost of playing is calculated by multiplying all the factors together - the number of Pops selected, your wager amount and how many draws you have entered
Cash Pop Prizes and Odds
The prizes you can win in Cash Pop depend on your wager amount. If your stake is $1, the prizes range from $5 to $250. If your stake is $10, you can win between $50 and $2,500.
A prize amount will be randomly assigned to each of the numbers you play. This will be shown on your ticket, so you will know before the draw takes place how much you could win. The table below shows all the prizes that are available and the odds for each one.
The odds of winning, though, are always 1 in 15 for each number you play. If you play two numbers, your odds are 1 in 7.5. Select the 'Cover All' option and you are sure to receive a payout, although there is no guarantee that it would be worth more than the amount you wagered.

How to Claim Prizes
If you win a Cash Pop prize, you'll need to come forward to claim it within 180 days of the draw date. If the prize is under $600, you can receive your winnings from an authorized lottery retailer, or mail in your ticket.
For prizes above $600, you won't be able to go to your local retailer, and you'll need to fill out a claim form if you are mailing in your winning ticket. You'll also need to fill out a claim form and submit photo ID for prizes of this value. You can also visit the Mississippi Lottery headquarters in Flowood.
